How To Take Turmeric

How to take turmeric capsules, latte and food

Turmeric is not only one of the most effective herbs for reducing inflammation and pain, but it accomplishes this task without the side effects that come with conventional medicine. While finding fresh Turmeric root may require visiting specialty stores, spice shops, or Indian markets, Turmeric powder is widely available. For the best results, always choose organic Turmeric.

Organic Turmeric is more labour-intensive to produce, which makes it slightly more expensive than non-organic options. However, the additional cost is worth it for those who value their health. Certified organic Turmeric legally cannot be tampered with, ensuring the full benefits of curcumin – its active compound – remain intact, usually at 3–5% concentration.
